At Fidget Calm Creations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order in line with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original packaging

• Unused and unworn

• In the same condition as received

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

• Custom or build-your-own products

• Used items

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
